What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership shows initiative and listens to their employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Less draconian management style. Less bullying and fear based management to drive results and owning responsibility for their own work instead of delegating all their work so they can engage in office politics. Hiring more diverse groups would benefit the Medicare department in Woodland Hills.
They should be careful about who they hire
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Get paid reasonably for what the job consists of
Best part is the benefits, they have really good ppo plans which covers majority of the benefits.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We have good teamwork together
My team should be more fair with every team mate
Great collaboration between teams and everyone listens to each other.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Attitudes are very negative and too much small talk during work hours.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Diversity is o k among most teams but there are some Managers who only hire people from their ethnic backgrounds which is worry some.
Acceptable and they have lots of activities
Very upbeat culture and embraces peoples opinions to make the job a better place.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
It lasted 25 minutes. It was a panel interview and each interviewer fired questions back to back. This forced me to be on my toes and demonstrate my ability to think fast and respond well under pressure.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Poor quality, company does not deliver what they have promised
Managers who are fear mongers are promoted without higher education. Their draconian management styles are impeding the company from moving forward and becoming more innovative or efficient and a positive working environment.
Everything changes constantly! And representatives should take calls on theri respective language
