- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Diversity is o k among most teams but there are some Managers who only hire people from their ethnic backgrounds which is worry some.
- What did you like most about the interview process?It lasted 25 minutes. It was a panel interview and each interviewer fired questions back to back. This forced me to be on my toes and demonstrate my ability to think fast and respond well under pressure.
- What are some of the best things about your team?We have good teamwork together

- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Less draconian management style. Less bullying and fear based management to drive results and owning responsibility for their own work instead of delegating all their work so they can engage in office politics. Hiring more diverse groups would benefit the Medicare department in Woodland Hills.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Attitudes are very negative and too much small talk during work hours.
