It's hard to get excited about working for a company who doesn't seem to care about its employees. You work hard and don't get recognized, but the same incompetent people keep getting promoted.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
You can do a perfect job 99% of the time but if you make 1 mistake you get put on probation, written up, or fired. Nobody cares or even pays attention to you most of the time.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
When you need help management is nowhere to be seen. Most of the time when you do see a manager it's for something bad. We even have to write our own reviews and submit them for approval because they don't know enough about us to do it themselves.
