You feel like you are part of a team.

Vision and Strategy. No work ethics.
Showing their people that they have their backs.
Give all employee's a yearly merit increase/bonus
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Enjoy having a lot of PTO time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
You can do a perfect job 99% of the time but if you make 1 mistake you get put on probation, written up, or fired. Nobody cares or even pays attention to you most of the time.
Cost of living is rising but I haven't had a merit increase for 10 years.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We get along well and help each other out.
Everyone at HPS is on the same team.
Feels like a true team.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are encouraged to work together as a team.
Company culture has been on a down hill trend ever since we were acquired by Wipro (Indian Company)

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
When you need help management is nowhere to be seen. Most of the time when you do see a manager it's for something bad. We even have to write our own reviews and submit them for approval because they don't know enough about us to do it themselves.
