Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We are wholly underpaid in our market and in our positions. Yet because we are the best rankinrg station in the geographic area, there are no places to advance without making a significant life move. The quality and choice of health benefits have decreased as cost and deductible have gone up. Sad.
