What do you like best about the leadership team?
Personable and dedicated to staff and company success.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team is inexperienced at leading. Each member was trained in a different task before being moved into a leadership role and now does not know how to effectively manage people.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Excellent monthly child care reimbursements.
Best benefits package I've ever seen.
Good health insurance and extra benefits
Ample vacation and sick time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are wholly underpaid in our market and in our positions. Yet because we are the best rankinrg station in the geographic area, there are no places to advance without making a significant life move. The quality and choice of health benefits have decreased as cost and deductible have gone up. Sad.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We care about each other and take care of each other even if the conpany and its leadership does not.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The team is great and hard-working.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Promote diversity and inclusion. Value equity.
Thr community views us positively outside of the office even if it doesn't feel positive inside the office.

My coworkers make me happy! And accomplishing a meaningful story that affects some change. But those are sadly few and far between these days.
