What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating everyone the same. Not running good hard workers in the ground and allowing others to sit in yhe office and eat overtime! If someone been with a compamny for years make sure they worth more than just a body. Sierra always sat in the office doing nothing and the boss allowed it

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If the nurses and CNAs were treated with respect and given bonuses like the marketing department.

Compassionate, seasoned nurses who give their absolute best every day to provide quality care to pts and families in a very stressful work environment.

Treating people how they want to be treated!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing. Only 2 maybe 3 people ever made me feel comfortable or noticed my worth.
We help families at the most difficult time.
We deal with death everyday, so we have to stay positive in our line of work
