This is the worse practice I've worked at, the pmo's are constantly leaving. the rmo is very unprofessional. Alot of dentist are waiting for their contracts to be over to leave heartland. Heartland doesn't care for their employee's and if you ever work for them you will understand.

the patients are the only thing positive abut the company

We are all team players and get the job done no matter how horrible management is.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel they over book the assistants and hygienist. They don't care about our physical or mental health. Just a simple "thank you", a gift card, or raise would be appreciated.
