I only had 1 manager that i worked for that i felt wanted to actually grow you professionally. Some managers just push all the work on you and do nothing.

Keep promises to help hygiene. If you want appointments to stay on track or be shorter, we need more team help.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Paid time off and paid holidays
Fair wage, bonus structures are in place.
The benefits Heartland can offer is much better than a private practice solely based on numbers alone.
Excellent dental cost at a very minimal fee for myself and family.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is an exhausting place to work with no appreciation given, and if you bring it up to management they will say “oh yeah we appreciate you” and “we’ll get back to doing meetings to show that” but we never had any real meaningful app
I feel they over book the assistants and hygienist. They don't care about our physical or mental health. Just a simple "thank you", a gift card, or raise would be appreciated.
Getting raises in general. I went a couple years without one. I wasnt even getting reviews done!

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Time management. It is completely normal for work meetings to last past their allotted time. People are constantly late to meetings because they run over. They are not using their time effectively and also wasting others by making them wait.
Very stressful work environment. Overworked, long hours and a never ending list of duties for all. Untierealistic expectations. Always want more and don't celebrate met goals enough.
The manager needs to hire coworkers that have a good work within.
