All office are different. I worked in the most caring office and then i worked for the most money hungry doctors ive ever seen. Being asked to do questionable accounting practices to make your numbers look better potentially costing your patients money from their pockets.

Getting raises in general. I went a couple years without one. I wasnt even getting reviews done!

My coworkers were awesome! Its the power tripping doctors and an lazy office manager that will ruin a team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I only had 1 manager that i worked for that i felt wanted to actually grow you professionally. Some managers just push all the work on you and do nothing.
