- What did you like most about the interview process?There is a balance between making sure the person is right for the role and that the role/company is right for the person. There is a lot of contact with current employees to give people a real sense of a day in the life at Heartland.
- What makes you most happy at work?I am happiest when I have made someone business better, helped them resolve a challenge. The feeling of satisfaction when others are happy because of your help and support is incredible.
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Everything is celebrated, big success and and little improvements. There are real friendships that develop, people that enjoy spending time together outside of work. Heartland is a community of awesome and highly successful people. Sales and Operations work together there is no us vs them here.
