Not helpful at all.. had to pretty much learn everything myself

very bad. they don't trust people to work from home and like everyone to show up at the office early and leave late

background checks sure but no drug test. if they did, 98% of the company including would probably fail. Some jobs just drive you to use drugs more often so you can stand to be there

a good warning to get out if anything

with false and easily manipulated metrics that leave their best people out in the cold

Learning how to hit your metrics and flow under the radar so you don't get fired and you don't get a ton of work assigned to you because you're a superstar either. Just be there.

very poorly. theyve let important people go for many silly reasons in the past. If the owner doesnt like you or changes his mind about you at some point then you wont stand a chance

First year or two but after that you are done

When they absolutely have to give you one or else you'd quit and always the smallest amounts possible or finding the smallest reason why you can't get a raise like being late ONCE
