What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their ability to make time for everyone.
They are fair with all employees
What always impresses me, is that the CEO can be walking down the hall and know everyone and their spouse's names. Our executive team is very down to earth, and exemplifies a highly moral and ethical workplace, while encouraging workers to enjoy time off away from work.
Leadership is approachable and they know the insustry well.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
they need better communication with lower employees
Communicate with workers. The only company that I have worked for that upper management acts like they are better than everyone.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Nice bring off two weeks at a time
The pay is the best part.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better profit sharing bonuses for lower level managers and no percentage taken out from 3rd party bonuses

Hard workers highly motivated. Work well together.
H&P does a great job at being cross functional
We always have good hold points
working together to come up with solutions for every obstacle

Maybe say hello every now and then would be a great start.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The flex scheduling is fantastic.
Everyone works hard and with a purpose

What did you like most about the interview process?
How transparent they were throughout the process
The interviewer got straight to the point
I got to meet my entire team, and they were all very friendly. Also, I didn't have to wait several months for a response. I got an offer the next morning.
Physical test was the best part of my interview
I think it was about myself. I was a bit anxious and tensed

Give more information about the job itself.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting paid and the people i work with.
The work being interesting and the people being great to work with
