H&P has felt like home since I started over 5 years ago, and everyone is like family. We've had some ups and downs, especially with COVID, but I have never seen a team of teams bond together and push forward like I have here. I hope I get to retire from here one day.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to meet my entire team, and they were all very friendly. Also, I didn't have to wait several months for a response. I got an offer the next morning.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What always impresses me, is that the CEO can be walking down the hall and know everyone and their spouse's names. Our executive team is very down to earth, and exemplifies a highly moral and ethical workplace, while encouraging workers to enjoy time off away from work.
