Casual and caring. Always looking to do the right thing.
Leadership gives opportunities to employees to learn and grow.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They all need to be replaced at hebron ohio. 3rd shift supervisor is horrible, talks down to employees

Older experienced workers will bring change among us young kids.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Respect work life balance and treat people like people not just employees (work hard play hard).
The company cares about it's people.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Third shift supervisor . He is terrible. He brings the positive attitudes of everyone down
