What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They really do hate black people. They clearly discriminate against us. I showed up late 30 minutes late after being forced to work 20 hours of overtime a week in the oven with no controlled air. It was my first week of ridiculous overtime. They have a policy where you can't miss work or be late
What do you like best about your company?
8 hours a day paid lunch and breaks so only there on work property 8hr
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
More paid sick days and more paid holiday time off
