respect, and being treated decently, not disrespecting the others in frnt of customers

I am a minimum wage employee whos been with the company for a long time, never got a raise and ive been on my own for months and never receieved any sort of compensation
I went above and beyond my job description and they refused to give me a title and made me perform managerial duties though I was being paid minum wage.
Less than competitors even much smaller dealers paid more I learn after years
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better management and training! Everyone is miserable and trained different
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
so much toxic energy everyone is out to get you and the managers just dont care
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Have one or two managers not bunch of fandoms
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Moral improvement and better staffing
Be more frinedly with the customers and treat them like human beings and not peices of garbage.
