Mr. Henry Wang has been Chief Compliance Officer, Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Herbalife International of America, Inc. since August 03, 2017. Mr. Wang has been Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Herbalife Ltd. since February 2014 and has been its Chief Compliance Officer since August 4, 2017. He is In Charge of global litigation matters at Herbalife Ltd. He is responsible for legal organizations in China and APAC and various global legal operational and strategic issues. Mr. Wang joined Herbalife from the law firm Lee, Tran, Liang and Wang LLP. Prior to that, he was a Partner at Manatt, Phelps & Philips LLP and Reed Smith LLP. While in private practice, he successfully represented U.S. and international companies in U.S. federal and state courts on a wide array of legal issues, including, contract disputes, unfair competition laws, employment/human resources issues, trade secrets, intellectual property and regulatory compliance. Beyond the courtroom, he regularly advised and counseled his global clientele on legal and strategic issues. He served on the boards of Southern California Chinese Lawyers Association, Asian Business League of Southern California and Asian Pacific Community Fund and has been a speaker and panelist at numerous conferences. Mr. Wang holds a bachelor degree from University of California, Berkeley and a Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School.
