Mr. John G. DeSimone has been the Chief Financial Officer of Herbalife Ltd. since January 1, 2010. Mr. DeSimone has been Chief Financial Officer of Herbalife International of America, Inc. since January 2010. Mr. DeSimone has global responsibility for all financial departments including accounting, tax, treasury, strategic planning and investor relations for the Herbalife's business around the world as well heading its Member compliance and insights groups. He joined Herbalife in November 2007 and served as its Senior Vice President of Finance and since 2008, Distributor Operations as well. His accomplishments include leading Herbalife Ltd's acquisition of its first manufacturing facility, spearheading new country openings and overseeing strategic planning, forecasting and budgeting. Prior to joining Herbalife, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Mobile Ventures, LLC. Mr. DeSimone has over 25 of experience in the corporate finance sector. Previously, he served as Controller, Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Rexall Sundown, Inc. Mr. DeSimone served as a Director of Herbalife Ltd. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bryant College (now known as Bryant University).
