Kenneth Simon — Senior Vice President of Global Taxation and Treasury at Herbalife

Mr. Kenneth Simon has been Senior Vice President of Global Taxation and Treasury and Vice President of Worldwide Taxation at Herbalife Ltd. since September 2010 and served as its Vice President, Worldwide Taxation since May 12, 2005 until September 2010. Mr. Simon is an international tax professional with over 25 years of corporate and international experience and expertise in initiating business partnerships to support tax strategies and developing world-class tax staffs. He has over a decade of experience in the direct-selling industry. He served as Vice President, tax, at Avon Products, Inc., where he headed the tax department, playing a major role in initiating tax strategies around the world and increasing Avon's focus on tax planning. Prior to that, Mr. Simon served as Avon's director, global taxes and assistant treasurer, where he developed strategies to improve Avon's tax position globally. Before joining Avon, Mr. Simon was employed at Sterling Winthrop Inc., ultimately as director of corporate taxes, with overall responsibility for the worldwide tax function of Sterling Winthrop. He also worked in the tax department of AlliedSignal Corp. and in accounting firms Ernst & Young and Coopers & Lybrand. Mr. Simon is a C.P.A. and holds a L.L.M. from Boston University School of Law, and a J.D. from St. John's University School of Law.
