There is a lot of gossip and send to be an unhealthy work environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay for my position is $5-7 lower and they expect more with individuals that aren't trained properly
What did you like most about the interview process?
I actually enjoyed the interview process. Unfortunately the interview doesn't depict the their quirk environ of the company. I'm shocked
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Well, honestly it seems if people would do their job rather than willing about others it would be a better environment.
