Stephen Conchie — Senior VP & MD of Asia Pacific at Herbalife

Mr. Stephen Conchie has been Senior Vice President at Herbalife Ltd. since June 17, 2016 and has been its Managing Director of Asia Pacific since January 13, 2017. Mr. Conchie oversees the development of regional strategy, marketing, sales, management of all aspects of day-to-day operations, including Member services and sales centers, supply chain management, ethics and business compliance, human resources and information technology. He served as Managing Director of Southeast Asia at Herbalife Ltd. since June 12, 2016 to January 13, 2017. Mr. Conchie served as Managing Director of Southeast Asia at Herbalife International of America, Inc. until January 12, 2017. Mr. Conchie is responsible for Herbalife's business in Australia, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. He served as Vice President and General Manager of Southeast Asia at Herbalife Ltd. since March 18, 2016 until June 17, 2016. He served as the Head of Asia-Pacific Group at Herbalife Ltd. since February 2015 until March 18, 2016. Mr. Conchie served as Vice President for Ukraine, Russia, the CIS, Baltic States, Mongolia and Israel at Herbalife Ltd. until February 2015. He joined Herbalife in 2009 as Regional Head of Russian-speaking markets. In July 2012, the Baltics and Israel were added to his responsibilities. Prior to joining Herbalife, he held a variety of sales and marketing roles for GlaxoSmithKline from 2000 to 2009. From 2005 to 2007, he managed its business in Ukraine and in 2007 he became general manager for Russia and CIS. He also worked for more than nine years in category marketing, NPD, purchasing and retail and logistics for Sainsbury's, Safeway and Grand Met in the United Kingdom.
