Team outings. Team brain storming sessions. Team and company periodic meetings.

Theh accomidate the team and reasonable in their expectations. They are always supportive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They care for each other as a family. They care for the quality of our products. They are very dedicated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work from home now due to covid, the three weeks prior Covid it was a good experiance getting to know the team closely
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think for what we do we deserve better payment. Better benefits. I know compared to the market they do good. But I think as a team we do a lot. 401 K plan really could use some improvement.
