Theh accomidate the team and reasonable in their expectations. They are always supportive.

They are completely open in regard to communication. They accept feedback and answer questions without hesitation.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
listen to the people and then act on the reccomendations.
Paying employees at cost of living rates & pay 1.5 times pay for OT. They should pay mileage and hourly rates when personal vehicles are driven.
Understanding the industry. Perhaps hiring someone who has experience in the industry not simply because they have an MBA.
replaced by people that can even slightly care about the people under them or at least listen to their employees and actually train employees how to use the dangerous machines we use.
Everything. Understanding their employees and their customers.
They look out and support each other, but not the other employees. Every month the employee of month is management. An the last 3 years 2 employees that wasn't management was employee of the month.
Organization and preparation skills. Simply put.
