Theh accomidate the team and reasonable in their expectations. They are always supportive.

Paying employees at cost of living rates & pay 1.5 times pay for OT. They should pay mileage and hourly rates when personal vehicles are driven.
Understanding the industry. Perhaps hiring someone who has experience in the industry not simply because they have an MBA.
replaced by people that can even slightly care about the people under them or at least listen to their employees and actually train employees how to use the dangerous machines we use.
