I've worked Herff Jones 5 years and my pay rate hasn't more an a dollar in 3 years. I've been asked to do duty that a other responsibilities, but my pay rate doesn't reflect the extra work I do. I'm a press operator,but I'm asked and expected help the lead to complete their work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I can't express with words at what asked of me. I'm not complaining about the work. I have issues with the pay rate.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They look out and support each other, but not the other employees. Every month the employee of month is management. An the last 3 years 2 employees that wasn't management was employee of the month.
