Paying employees at cost of living rates & pay 1.5 times pay for OT. They should pay mileage and hourly rates when personal vehicles are driven.
Understanding the industry. Perhaps hiring someone who has experience in the industry not simply because they have an MBA.
replaced by people that can even slightly care about the people under them or at least listen to their employees and actually train employees how to use the dangerous machines we use.

I had better benefits in other companies
I think for what we do we deserve better payment. Better benefits. I know compared to the market they do good. But I think as a team we do a lot. 401 K plan really could use some improvement.
I can't express with words at what asked of me. I'm not complaining about the work. I have issues with the pay rate.
The work load is never correct. Too much or too little. All the department are competing with each other. No team work. Also management it credit with little to no effort from them.

high turnover rate due to low production from lack of training by area managers. I rated this low because there is no point of even talking to anyone that will just quit or be fired the next day.
