Compensation does not include short- or long-term disability. I feel the company should pay for these.

The competitive CD credit system really is designed to prevent collaboration.
Meetings with immediate coworkers are fine. It's the meetings with the executive team which are a waste of time. The team does not listen to input and are focused on their own agenda.

Abusive employees should not be rewarded

Dont bother with the personality test

There seems to be overall distrust of the employees from the executive team. The team needs to stop micromanaging.
