What do you like best about the leadership team?
Great culture and "open door" when issues need to be addressed.
They work to take feedback from the team. The Culture Survey informs how we grow and evolve as an organization. They are working with intentionality with a coach (via EOS) to prioritize the work that we do to really narrow our focus to make a bigger impact.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Long-term incentives = we get to participate in the growth of the firm.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher base pay and attainable bonuses. Healthcare options that aren't so expensive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great culture and people. Very supportive and easy to collaborate with.
The PEOPLE make our team amazing. Overall, there is a high level of care for the clients and for each others. It was especially evident last week at our all-team meeting! We genuinely take personal interest in each other.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have an annual culture survey and a culture committee that takes feedback from others. It allows us to live our value of Kaizen - how we can continually improve. We've done Wellness Wednesdays allowing team members to take a 1/2 day to do something that fills their cup personally.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The intentionality of understanding what was important to me. It was a big move and it felt good that they didn't pressure the decision.
