I love going to work knowing that I get to do what I love, and that Hero is actively nurturing my career into new avenues that weren't available to me before.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really appreciate how honest people are about their feelings of the company's culture, as well as their thoughts on current socio-political issues. We have lots of earnest discussion and I believe we're better for it.
