Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Instead of new products that don’t sell perhaps new trucks or treating your salesman that keep it all going. Trucks are stifling in summer with no ac. But what would the world do without fire hot cheese curls. Nobody ever asks us what we think. But what do we know right? We just deliver chip

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are viewed as a joke compared to frito. Makes sense. We are. We jump on ideas that have been done and do it 2-3 years late at that. No original ideas just stupid offshoots of existing products. This is how a failing company is ran. Utz future seems to be ours.
