Mr. Terence L. O'Day, also known as Terry, has been the Chief Product Supply & Technology Officer of The Hershey Company since March 1, 2017 and as its Senior Vice President since May 2013. Mr. O'Day served as Chief Supply Chain Officer of The Hershey Company from May 2013 to March 1, 2017 and also served as its Senior Vice President of Global Operations since December 2, 2008. Mr. O'Day has more than 25 years of leadership experience in a variety of manufacturing and operations leadership roles. He joined Hershey from Mannatech, Inc. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Mannatech Inc. from August 2007 to November 2008 and Executive Vice President from June, 2006 to November 2008. Mr. O'Day was responsible for all aspects of supply chain operations including global raw materials, contract manufacturing, product warehousing and logistics, global facilities procurement, regulatory affairs and quality assurance. Mr. O'Day served as an Executive Vice President of Global Operations at Mannatech Inc. from June 28, 2006 to August, 2007. He joined Mannatech in 2006 and has operations experience. He served in various senior management positions at Kraft Foods, Nabisco Foods Group and Revlon, Inc. He served as an Executive Vice President of Refrigerated Foods Group, at ConAgra Foods Inc. from 2001 to 2005 and was responsible for its 28 manufacturing and 13 warehousing facilities. He is a 23-year veteran of the U.S. Air Force/Air National Guard, he was awarded two Air Force commendations for outstanding performance. Mr. O'Day holds a Bachelor of Science degree in general studies from the US Air Force Academy, an MBA degree in Marketing from the Western Michigan University and is a graduate of Columbia University's Transition to General Management executive program.
