Management need to fullfilled their commitment. Should properly taken care of employee.
Really think about employees share a percentage of company's profit to employees who have been with them fot more than 15 or 10 years.

A good salary hike percentage
Average working time more than 10 Hrs. Frequently worked on Saturday and Sunday
Employees are Very poorly paid

I was on bench so i was not having any team. but the folks on the floor were awesome by all means.

On everything they need to work atleast they need to support their old employees

Professionalism in most of the things and no politics between colleagues and with seniors

WORK LIFE BALANCE. They need to utilize resources based on technical expertize rather than putting on bench

What did you like most about the interview process?
Initial ineration with all leadership team and their vision that literally convinced me to compromise on the salary because I as about to get a lot of new technology especially AI,modern Automations and much more.

Interview process is ok and company needs to think about hiring people with good managerial skills

No politics amd friendly and always helping behaviour of colleagues and seniors.

Need to reduce working hours.
