Mr. Michael Canario, also known as Mike, has been President of Aerospace & Corporate Business Development, Americas at Hexcel Corp., since January 2018. Mr. Canario served as President of Aerospace - Americas at Hexcel Corporation since May 2016 until January 2018. Mr. Canario served as Vice President and General Manager of Americas at Hexcel Corp. since November 2010 until July 1, 2016. He joined Hexcel with the Ciba-Geigy merger in 1996 when he was Manager'International Business Development. He has held several positions within Hexcel including Vice President'Americas Sales and Marketing, Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, Manager of eCommerce and Supply Chain, Finance Manager of Asian Joint Ventures and Manager of Global Operations Coordination. Prior to Ciba-Geigy, he worked at BP Chemicals as Business Development Manager, Project Engineer and Operations Manager. He also held positions at Leading Systems and at the Texas Engineering Experiment Station. He has a degree in aerospace engineering from Texas A&M University.
