Decent transparency the farther up the chain you go with the leadership team.

I enjoyed he interview had a tour component of the manufacturing process to it.
What makes you most happy at work?
Breaks, and paychecks is what makes me the most happy. The work is rather mundane, so employees are bored for most of their time.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers do not work together as a team. Hexcel employees undesirable employees as it's hard to find hard working decent people for their type of manufacturing work.
