I think that they need to work on more teamwork based things and that they need to work on work place toxicity.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The no phone/earbud policy, there are some people who need them to focus. even to have one can help focus on the task. i got in trouble having having my phone out when i was trying to connect my earbuds to phone and i know it should been before hand and i wasn't given a chance to explain.
