After three years at a company I would think more than I would be more appreciated.

Returning customers and those who share memories with me about their experiences with the food over the years.

Being more selective when hiring, sticking to a directive once it has been made, taking care of loyal employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You're mostly left to your own devices so as long as you are in a good mindset it will be good.
