There are no egos. There does not feel like there's a hierarchy, everyone respects each other and is available and approachable. Plus, they're really freaking smart.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Really open and honest conversations. I felt like I wasn't trying to be something to fit into a role. My values were closely aligned with the company's and so it was a good fit.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people who work here are from all walks of life, and that is embraced by everyone. There is a genuine curiosity in each other. We don't hire "a type," we hire people who are open and kind and it works tremendously well.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work I do actually excites me. I like sitting down and working on projects because I am not micro managed. Higharc values the work over process. I don't feel like I have to clock in and clock out. I work when I want, how I want, and am evaluated on quality of the end result.
