- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I have been with the company over 30 years. For what I know I am severely under paid and constantly bullied by my manager in Product Development in Columbus Ohio.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Management let's certain employees do what they want. We have a guy that all he has to do is clock in and sit at his desk and fish and hunt all day.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Everything is wrong and the buddy system in management is NOT working and management cannot see it.
