Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been with the company over 30 years. For what I know I am severely under paid and constantly bullied by my manager in Product Development in Columbus Ohio.

one family, supportive, team work, one for all & all for one
Working together to accomplish tasks. They don't mind taking extra steps to reach company goals.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Management let's certain employees do what they want. We have a guy that all he has to do is clock in and sit at his desk and fish and hunt all day.
