What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the compensation is fair for work performed
getting paid on holidays is always the best part of it

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been with the company over 30 years. For what I know I am severely under paid and constantly bullied by my manager in Product Development in Columbus Ohio.

one family, supportive, team work, one for all & all for one
Working together to accomplish tasks. They don't mind taking extra steps to reach company goals.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers need to grow a spine and learn to speak up for themselves and not be afraid of so-called "management"
Management let's certain employees do what they want. We have a guy that all he has to do is clock in and sit at his desk and fish and hunt all day.

That the people are nice.

Everything is wrong and the buddy system in management is NOT working and management cannot see it.
