The leadership team work very well together and manage both up and down the organizational levels appropriately.

If I could rate the team any higher I would. What a committed, talented and compassionate group of people.
My team is motivated to do what is in the best interest for the patient and they continually go above and beyond to advocate.

Vales based organization does a values screen with all applicants prior to hiring them
The interview process was VERY thorough. You could tell they were most interested in finding a good fit versus just filling a position.
