It was a very long time ago. Hill-Rom doesn't seem to want to acknowledge or get to know their employees.
Again, it would be great to work as a team,. Too many bosses, too much drama. Not enough communication between management and their team.
Co workers need to pull their own weight, and work better as a team. They also should try to keep their personal life and work life separate, because it plays a role in how they operate.
As along time employee I feel that part of being treated fairly is a proper raise. People are taken for granted, others sleep and talk all day. I think that all the jobs should be shadowed for a day to see how everyone is honestly working.
It is very hard to comment on this question, I don't want to sound like a disgruntled employee. I know there needs to be a lot of changes and I wish that employees would come together instead of talking about each other. Come to work and do their job and help one another
