What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is typically supportive but also depends on your team.
Transparency and communication of corporate goals.
Transparent, collaborative, value human calital
Open and flexible. Smart and challenging
They did everything they could to not lay off any employees during the pandemic which shows they really care about us.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to our ideas and truly taking those ideas, thoughts into consideration. I think its fine a certain way and that's it, no flexibility.

Health coverage and benefits are the best part of coverage.

Good ESSP, good 401k match, good HSA, compensation is very fair.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being compensated fairly would make me feel valued
As along time employee I feel that part of being treated fairly is a proper raise. People are taken for granted, others sleep and talk all day. I think that all the jobs should be shadowed for a day to see how everyone is honestly working.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are always willing to help each other
They know the job and are dependable.
My team is very supportive, helpful and understanding.
Everyone goes above and beyond to help each other.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Co workers need to pull their own weight, and work better as a team. They also should try to keep their personal life and work life separate, because it plays a role in how they operate.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The office is not micro managed daily
It is very hard to comment on this question, I don't want to sound like a disgruntled employee. I know there needs to be a lot of changes and I wish that employees would come together instead of talking about each other. Come to work and do their job and help one another
Everyone works well together and is willing to help at anytime.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More open mindedness from others.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a very long time ago. Hill-Rom doesn't seem to want to acknowledge or get to know their employees.
Very personal/informal interviewing process. Over breakfast, ride along style. Really enjoyed it.

Again, it would be great to work as a team,. Too many bosses, too much drama. Not enough communication between management and their team.
