Could not ask for a better company to work for!
There has been a lot of turnover, its more about numbers ( mine are on top tier) then quality. I hate to see this because I believed in the Welch Allyn and had Hillroms back and still do
Genuine care about their employees
Low pay and always hiring
I genuinely enjoy what I do and truly think I make a difference with my job. But, at times I'm frustrated with leadership and wonder if they truly value my opinions, ideas and thoughts on a local level.
