Ms. Jacqueline Chang, also known as Jackie, has been the Chief Financial Officer at Himax Technologies, Inc. since January 1, 2012. Ms. Chang served as Chief Accounting Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Tongxin International, Ltd. from November, 3, 2008 to November 20, 2010. Ms. Chang is in Changsha coordinating efforts with the management team of Tongxin International's operational subsidiary, Hunan Tongxin, a manufacturer of EVBS, SUV passenger vehicle bodies and stamped body parts for the Chinese commercial vehicle market. She is taking inventory of the purchasing, forecasting and order processing systems to analyze areas which can be improved to enhance reporting and visibility into the subsidiary's operations. Ms. Chang is an accomplished corporate executive with over 25 years of professional experience in finance, accounting and operations, having worked for both entrepreneurial and multinational corporations in retail, distribution and manufacturing segments and for the past several years in the consumer electronics and automotive manufacturing industries. She was Chief Financial Officer of Castlink Corporation, where she was responsible for financial reporting and operations. Ms. Chang also spearhead Sarbannes-Oxley compliance activities for which it intends to be fully compliant by December 2009. Ms. Chang has more than 20 years experience in accounting and finance and 18 years specifically in the automotive industry. From 2006 to 2008, she served as the Vice President of Finance and Operations for PlayHut, Inc. where she was in charge of the entire finance, auditing, supply chain management and procurement operations for PlayHut's multinational platform. Prior to joining PlayHut, she served as an Executive for Nissan North America for 13 years where she held several positions in finance, treasury planning, operations and accounting. As the General Manager of Treasury Control for Nissan, she consolidated the accounting procedures of Chinese GAAP to IFRS for Nissan's China joint venture operations and led the successful launch of its ERP systems. Ms. Chang further developed the distribution system for remarketing vehicles to increase operational efficiencies and reduce costs for Nissan. Ms. Chang is a graduate of Memphis State University with an MBA in finance. She obtained her BBA in accounting from the National Chung-Hsing University in Taiwan.
