What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone performs at a high level but is super nice. Everyone wants to jump in and help with whatever project is being worked on. It's not backbiting -- you don't have to be scared that someone is talking bad about you.

The team is fantastic and I love working with them. The mission is important. I feel like I am contributing to society by working here.
