Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

To be treated as a real living, breathing person with responsibilities. Even with a degree, people of color are relegated to admin roles and engineering roles. Shame on companies like Microsoft that submit that they want to do business with diverse companies but award business to Hines.
