What is the best part about your compensation package?
Transparency and equity. I may be able to earn more money working somewhere else; but, I won't be able to work to earn equity of another company. I like that I own a piece of the company!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone works together to accomplish goals. No one has to work in a silo.
Quiet, relaxed environment, CEO's dog often visits, free coffee and snacks, privacy
