Patient, reliable, willing to thoroughly train, and work hands-on with employee projects
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Transparency and equity. I may be able to earn more money working somewhere else; but, I won't be able to work to earn equity of another company. I like that I own a piece of the company!

Everyone works together to accomplish goals. No one has to work in a silo.
