My team is collaborative and dynamic. No matter how tall the order they are able to come together and lean in regardless of title, rank or egos. They are truly amazing people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone at Hippo has an amazing sense of ownership. "That's not my job" is not a phrase you hear around here at any level. We all come together to do great things and it's really exciting.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We get equity in a company poised for success which creates a culture of ownership. They cover employees and their families at 100% for medical, dental and vision premiums. Plus, if you're trying to start a family they reimburse for adoption and IVF treatment which is unheard of anywhere else.
