We get equity in a company poised for success which creates a culture of ownership. They cover employees and their families at 100% for medical, dental and vision premiums. Plus, if you're trying to start a family they reimburse for adoption and IVF treatment which is unheard of anywhere else.
The base comp itself is very competitive, but I love the shares and the unlimited PTO as well.
I don't feel undervalued. I would feel better if I was paid at market rate + bonus, or if Bonus/RSUs made up for the gap in pay...

I don't feel as I get enough feedback and sometimes it seems my hard work is taken for granted. I know for a fact that I'm underpaid as I get multiple offers a week with a much higher comp packages

Most companies have a target cash bonus...we do not. Base is still a bit low (but I was told it would be leveled once we went public...and now we are public).
